My Chef Empress Dowager is quite a COOK. Not just any other cook but one who hails from an ancesetry line of chefs. But she is also a temperamental one so it is not very often she will dish out her "Man Han Quan Xi"... =( But even the occassional "jia zhang bian fan" will turn into such delicacy in her hands...
A simple 3 dishes + 1 soup meal by my Chef Empress Dowager....
Mummy Dearest made really SUPER soup... she will start preparing the soup since afternoon till night so the soup will taste so strong and nice. Home-cooked meals always taste the best cos' it was cooked with a heart full of love and thoughts for the one eating and NO MSG..... ^_^)
