Went down to Sunset Bay for dinner quite coincidentally. Didn't realise that this is the same Ex-Sunset Bay Beach Bar at Siloso Beach, Sentosa own by the Berlandier siblings. After 11 years operating at Siloso Beach and "manipulating" the volleyball tournaments and games there, Sentosa decided not to renew their lease, wanting new development and so they disappear and now reappearing at East Coast Park.
So with Moi's cold, cold San Miguel from the tap (they also have Hoegaarden from the tap), Moi had....
The service was really warm and nice. The Berlandier siblings were very generous with their smiling face and I could spot them constantly mingling with the regulars. I believe maybe that's what make Sunset Bay so popular since their days at Siloso beach. The food is reasonable price (I would think cheap) and nice. The portion was great too. I like their pizza, it was really cheesy. The whole ambience was just wonderful. You don't go specifically for the food or the drink or the people or the ambience. I suppose you go there for the whole package. A Nicey chill-out place. Definitely be back often. Kekekeke!
