Bread Parpas and Marmas celebrated our birthdays at this super posh Italian restaurant at Sheraton Towers. Heehee! Yiiiiiippppppppyy!! The restaurant serves a slightly different italian fare from the pasta and pizza types that is more commonly available. DOMVS serves typical Sicilian fare - a lighter and more tangy italian taste.
The ambience was really nice and extremely quiet and service was great. Hahahaha! Bread Parpas didn't pay all the money for nothing har. We had the following to go with the fruity Gaja Toscana Promis Ca'Marcada (red wine). It's a pity that Twinny doesn't drink. ^_-)

The variations are made from the ingredients from the sea from crab, prawns, scallop etc. We are advised to taste the food from our right to the left. Interesting hor!! The meat was simply cooked, bringing out the freshness and sweetness of the nature taste. Twinny's dearie had the cold cuts which are thinly sliced cold precooked meat with cheese.

Twinny had the Maccu which is a creamy garbanzo bean soup with crocche (fried potato dumplings made with cheese, parsley and eggs). That's was really yummy too though a little filling.
For main courses, we had...
Angel-hair pasta (capellini) is, as the name suggests, the very finest shreds of pasta. The portion was rather small so very well-suitable for ladies. The pasta reminds Moi of our chinese Bee hoon. Kekekeke! Twinny had the kurobuta which melts in the mouth. UUUuuuuuuuuuuuummm!! While I had the Lamb rack which I enjoyed very much. The lamb was very well cooked without the mutton smell. The meat was simply prepared and seasoned with salt and pepper only. Good choice!!! Heehee!

Dessert was sinful but luscious. Hahahaha! Every single one looked so nice that we had a hard time trying to decide which one... kekekeke!

Buon appetito!
