If you had recently watched the family business documentary over channel 8 on a sunday, you would know this popiah shop at Joo Chiat Road - Kway Guan Huat. At Kway Guan Huat, the popiah skins are still made the traditional way. Each piece is made by hand, hence no two pieces are exactly alike..... An extremely rare trade in our time.
So the Missy Piggy in Moi decided to go down to try out their popiah... For S$16.00, we had below portion for 2 pax...

Ingredients
Moi found the price a little steep since we could only make 6 popiahs which average out to about S$2.67 per popiah, and bulk or 95% of the ingredients was just bangkuang with the balance 5% making up from a tiny bit of shredded carrots and omelette, thinly slide prawns, lots of bean sprouts and some chowta lettuce leaves. Moreover, the popiah tasted just average. Hahahaha! Well, save the making of the popiah was rather fun so it was not too bad lah.
