I AM ON DIET

AGE must be getting on me... i ate the same as before but I seem to put on more weight than previous. My clothes seem to be shrinking and getting tighter. I seem to be carrying around a spare tyre around my waist. *FAINT*

Low metabolism rate or lack of exercise? But with an average of 2 x yoga and 2 x jogging regimen per week, I should be having a much sexier and shapely body, right? =(

So i decided to go on a diet regimen...to at least make me look "back" alike to my twinny... instead of getting comments like

"OH!! YOU ROUND ROUND BUT YOUR SISTER VERY SKINNY LEH!"

"CAN TELL THE DIFFERENT LAH. YOU, BIGGER SIZE THAN YOUR SISTER."

ARGH!! >_<

A good diet regimen is to cut down on carbos, no meals after 8pm, light dinner and NO SNACKS, NO SUPPER.

Moi is not a snack or supper person so not having snacks or supper is quite ok with me.

Early dinner is a little difficult due to my working hours and lifestyle... trying to correct that though.

Cutting down on carbos is a little difficult too since I got a lot of outside dinner and when having dinner with friends, clients or business associates, it's quite hard to really decide what to eat.

BUT the BIGGEST hindrance is Moi's love for food and eating food especially food that I like is always a good therapeutical and comforting. FOOD GLORIOUS FOOD!! MUACKZ MUACKZ!! =P

SO BOYS & GIRLS, I am pleased to announce I am ON DIET NOW so please

STOP FEEDING ME!!!!
