What would you do to keep yourself awake... if caffeine and energy drink fails...?
1. Keep the room very, very cold.
2. Eat a Super Lemon or some strong tasting food that will really purk you up.
3. AVOID...your bed, hot showers/baths, the horizontal position and "easy listening" music.
4. Wash your face and brush your teeth once an hour.
5. Change your clothes, right down to your underwear. But NOT into pyjamas!!
6. Go for a brisk run in the cool night air, or take walks every couple hours. Not only will it jolt your sleepy nerves, it's good for your heart, too.
7. Pull your toe nails out with plyers and other really painfull stuff. But NOT too much pain cause u don't want to faint.
8. Staple your eye lids open.
9. Eat a substantial breakfast to keep you physically and mentally alert.
10. Roll down the window, crank up the tunes, and sing with all of your might.
