Fish Head Bee Hoon

People who knows Moi, knows I dun really take fish. I dun really fancy fish at all and would hardly order fish for food. So when I recommend a fishy dish, it just means it's super dube nicey, nicey. ;-P Well this is one of my all time favourite provided I am not the one QUEUING. The queue is horrendous. Ahem...Moi is not a very patient person so if I have to wait super long for something, I shant do it. But for the sake of the delicious Boon Keng Road Fish Soup Bee Hoon, I waited for about 20 minutes. =P

What so unique about Boon Keng Road Fish head noodle lies in the taste of the soup which uses bitter gourd to get rib of the fishy smell. The ingredients especially the fish meat are also very fresh. thus emitting a very sweet taste that makes one want to keep drinking the soup. Thumbs up again!! b(^o^)d
