Bedok : Hokkien Mee

Those staying in the East most probably know about this famous hokkien mee stall at Bedok Food Centre near to the toilet... It's more watery kind of Hokkien mee that suits Moi's taste. Well this is different from the Beng Hiang dark sauce noodle version. It made up of the usual egg noodles and rice noodles stir fried with shrimps and small pieces of sliced pork with special prawn stock. Taste more shiok when eaten with lime and sambal chilli. The stall made their own chilli which really goes well with the noodle and I really like watery stock that makes the noodles more slurpy. kekeke!
