Kado Man

Moi used to patron the Kado Man very often 10 years back when it just opened. So after such a long time, I finally went back again to relinquish the taste... WAS a little disappointed though... the chashyu was not as fresh but the Shoyu soup was still nice. Went there around 9pm and much of the varieties are already OUT OF STOCK so we had very limited choices. The potato croquettes and Mabo tofu were just ok.

Kado Man charged for adding eggs and so Moi had thought it would be nitamago instead of the usual hard-boiled egg... but alas, got really disappointed when i saw the eggs. I felt the standard had dropped though it still doesn't taste too bad.
