Just Acia

Decided to give Just Acia at Dhoby Ghaut MRT a shot because it's very cheap and value for money plus conveniently located. The set meals come with free flow of coffee assortments (cappuccino, Latte macchiato, Americano) and soft drinks (Pepsi, 7-up, etc.) and ice cream (vanilla, strawberry, minty, chocolate, durian)

Well, the food is nothing special but definitely money-worth, though service standard varies. But I ain't complaining to enjoy a full meal with air-con and comfort at this price and able to sit for hours. For non-set meals, just simply top up another $2.95 to enjoy the free flow of coffee, ice cream and soft drinks.

Moi tried their korean ginseng chicken set and it was at a good proportion though tasted a little saltish. The unagi's kabayaki sauce tasted too sweet for Blossoms; soft shell crab set was quite alright for Buttercup.

But you got to get a little bit of use to be sitting in the middle of nowhere, to be glared by passerby. The restaurant basically stretches from the entrance till the end of Dhoby Ghaut Exchange. Moi had made reservations hoping to get better seats but was offered the "open" seats. I requested to change and the lady just said we had five and it's not possible to take other seats. *Grunt*

Each set comes with kimuchi and rice. For non-soupy items, miso soup too. Really filling. Favourite hunt for the xiao ti ti and xiao mei mei. Kekekeke!
