As a full-blooded Hainanese, Moi loves to go around trying to look for delicious authentic hainanese chicken rice and so I came to PowSing. I think it's a very popular place and most probably most of you would have heard about it or even patron here before.
So what did I have....
Let me just say though the chicken meat is soft and tender, still nice...it's JUST not fragrance enough...Moi actually enjoyed the other dishes more than PowSing's Signature traditional hainanese chicken rice. And what's chicken rice without the typical hainanese ginger sauce!!!???
Well let me conclude that PowSing is still a nice, cosy and cheap place for family gathering but for chicken rice...i will keep looking....*wink*
