Tonight I had dinner at Saint Julien - a nice cosy French Restaurant located along the Singapore River with my client and boss. Heehee! As usual, we will order the excellent wine to go with our fine dinning. ;-P
We started with 2000 Bonnes-Mares from Burgundy. Burgundy wines are usually lighter in taste, half body though I prefer full body wine. But still it's really good... For those who prefer sweeter and more fruity tasting red wine, stick to Burgundy wines, it will be quite safe.
And after Bonnes-Mares, we had 1996 Chateau Mouton Rothschild. Chateau Mouton Rothschild is deemed to be one of the top 5 Bordeaux wines in the world yo!! Envy leh!!? It tastes really good - full body with a stronger taste. I love it. The label comes with paintings by different famous artist for each year. The 1996 is done by a Chinese Artist, Gu Gan. Couldn't resist to snap a picture of this excellent wine. Heard from my client that the labels for each year are collectible items. Sharks!! I should have tear down the label. Kekekeke!
So what did i have for dinner? I went for the Dinner set...tonight's selection was good.

Dungeness crabmeat with tomato gazpaccho
