Loof

Yesterday had dinner and drinks with a new friend... but we hit it off quite well. We talked a lot about work, relationships, life, people, society, etc. etc. We are really from 2 different hemispheres and yet our paths cross in the least likely situation. Friend, thanks for dinner and drinks!! I really enjoyed myself very much. :-)

We went to these 2 nice places which I think must really intro here.

Dinner was at Menotti at Raffles Shopping Centre. It is a fashionable Italian Restaurant Cafe and Bar, related to Garibaldi Italian Restaurant & Bar, the one along Purvis Street. One of the dish is really unique... it is one of the signature dishes - Eggs Menotii. It is superb!! I love the taste so much. The eggs were so soft, it just melted in my mouth. I think it's a MUST have for anyone going to Menotti.

After food, we strolled down to Loof - bar at the roof above ModLiving, opposite Raffles Hotel.

Loof is... quite a romantic hangout.

I had a Corona and two Jack Daniels on the rocks...old habits hard to change. I kept ordering the same drinks even after so many years. Hahahaha! Maybe I should switch around to have Long Island Tea, Absolute Vodka or Dry Martini. Gosh..i better cut down on my drinks. ;-P
