It's basically just like your usual steamboat but instead of soup, it's very, very fine porridge that will be used to dip and cook the food. Thumbs up for this steamboat. It's really nice. This is my first time to try such a steamboat. You can either go for the SET or Ala carte style. I went down with some friends a few weeks ago and as usual we had a feast. The food were so much that we had to stack them up for later consumption. Heehee!
