After work rushed down to meet Marigold at Jurong East to go Uncle Jew's abode for new year celebration... Marigold made me wait for a good 40 minutes... GRRRRR!!! But Alas, being the ever so sweet and good nature Twin-1, I waited patiently for my dear Marigold... and even caught a pair of doves building their nest at the mrt. kekeke!
Uncle and Auntie Jews is a creative and loving pair of couple... they spent much efforts to personalise each invitation....
So sweet right??? Uncle Jews, with his ever so nimble hands, decorated every single chrissy decos at their cosy abode... I cannot emphasize enough that every single decoration is hand-crafted from each single loose leaf into one single wreath by Uncle Jews... Uncle Jews is so good that many years back he was actually doing this christmas decoration freelancing with some hotels along orchard road. Heehee! Amazing, right?
While Auntie Jews prepared a sumptuous dinner for all of us... YUMMY!! We had turkey, ham, noodles cooked Eurasia style, sambal prawns, chicken curry, vegetable, potato croquette, stewed pork,... PLUS a super dupe yummy licking cocktail concoction that was simply awesome. * SLURP! *
Uncle Jews is a very meticulous man who goes down to the finest detail... even the tissue box was unique... where he got them from Dubai.
A wonderful night to catch up with Marigold and chat... going to visit her new abode soon too. Kekekeke! MORE FOOD?? hahahaha! Okie..okie..i must remind myself that I am on a diet. =P
