Bice Bistro Revisited

Revisited Bice Bistro with Mr A and Mr S. Thanks Mr A always for lovely pressie... love my horse-shoe charmer... muackz!!

Mr A is an Wine Expert, in case, you haven't discover it... I am amazed by his knowledge on wine especially red wine... from the country of the wine to knowing which year is a good harvest for which wine. The safest year he taught me though was 1986, nearly all the red wine are good. So if there is an important dinner that requires a good bottle of wine and you don't know which year and type to choose, just take any in the year 1986.

Ornellaia 2002 + Barolo 2001

We had the above to go with our dinner. Both are italian wine. Ornellaia is a deeper and more intense wine, while Barolo is a sweeter full-bodied fruity type. Years 2000 and 2001 are good years for Barolo. Both are wonderful selections... ^_-) *cheers*
