Can you see the Cordyceps, Sea cucumber, abalone, shark fins in it? ... and in case you think we had enough in a soup, we had a whole plate of sea cucumber and abalone again...
This is a well-known dessert from China East North and it's very interesting. It's already great fun just watching the preparation. The pieces of yam and sweet potate is coated with a coat of brown candy and fried immediately, then served. As the candy will turn sticky very quickly, one need to quickly pick the pieces and dip them into the bowl of cold water with ice cube to freeze it so that it will hard and cold on the outside and soft and warm on the inside... Uuumm.... yummy!!
After dinner, we had a little stroll and we came across the turkish ice cream stall... it's really cute... but Moi is already too full or else I would really love to have another round of dessert. kekekeke! *wink*
