So Tampopo shifted and expanded to one level higher than their previous location at Basement. Nice ambience and nice deco but service standards somehow dropped. Not that I have had any nasty service experience but Moi missed the nice personal touch when tampopo was much smaller and homely. The new staffs were definitely not personalised in their service and were more concern about getting their job done.
Nevertheless, the food standards remain somewhat comparative except that their RAMEN didn't quite taste as nice as before. it seems that they have changed their noodle supplier which is a BIG mistake as the noodle was too soft and less elastic.
