Marriage has made a lot of changes to Minnie Mouse. From the demure little girl who hardly lifts a finger to do anything much around the house, she has become a proud mother of two who takes good care of the house and even cook. ^_-) Well, the poor Minnie had lost quite a bit of weight since her change in "status" but she is definitely a happy mom and wife and a capable one. And so with her permission, I am sharing Minnie's reunion dinner all cooked and prepared by herself. *wink*
She got the basic ingredients for the yusheng from NTUC and Mickey Mouse shredded the radish and carrot. Instead of loh fish, Minnie made it special with loh abalone. 
A special Highlight to the fishballs... they are all specially hand-made by Uncle Yu Yuan. Heehee! He has been our faithful fishballs supplier for donkeys years. And since Moi was so pampered by his hand-made fishballs without any artificial flavourings, I simply dun like eating other people's fishballs. Hahahhaha!
The steamed fish was specially prepared for Junior Mickey and Minnie. Minnie is definitely an attentive mummy that makes sure that her children got good nutritious and care. =P

Well, Moi sure is proud of my Minnie Mouse. Thumbs up for her continuous efforts to be a great mummy and wife.
