This is by far the stall that serves the best Mee Rebus, Mee Soto and Soto Ayam that I have tasted so depsite the long queue, I do drop by from time to time to give it a try. Though the opening hours is from 11am till 11pm, the stall is so "hot" that usually by mid afternoon, all the ingredients are sold-out and their stall will be close. This famous Soto Ayam store has been around for decades passing down from the Malay Aunty to her son. As a matter of fact, I remember eating it since I was a kid... so it's definitely be around for more than 20 over years.
The beauty of the food lies in its sauce and soup which is not overtly sweet or oily. It was JUST nice. Moreover, this stall is really the very, very few places left in Singapore where you still can get something tasty for $1.50 and still be full after that.
