During my previous posting on my dinner at Saint Julien, a nice cosy restaurant tucked under the Anderson Bridge along the Singapore River, I did not manage to upload any photos; so during a recent dinner trip there again, I tried and managed to take some snapshots of my dinner (not all) and be glad to post it here... heehee!
Appetizers :
ROSETTE DE SAUMON / SALMON ROLL
Cured salmon with Avruga cream and "Ravigote" mustard and pickle sauce
RAVIOLI DE CRABE / CRAB RAVIOLI
Ravioli of Alaskan crab with lobster and brandy emuslion
FOIE GRAS POELE / PAN SEARED DUCK LIVER
Pan seared foie gras with grape and verjus sauce
Main Course :
DUCK CONFETTI
Dessert :
FROMAGES DE FRANCE / FRENCH CHEESE
My repeat and continuous patron of Saint Julien is not only because of the delicacies served but also because of the great and warm hospitality extended by all the staff from the restaurant. I really admire the owners of this restaurant, a husband-wife team for their heart and efforts in building not only a restaurant but also its name and reputation for great hospitality, sincerity in serving and in food preparation. This once again reminds me of another Japanese restaurant, Tom Ton that I had mentioned previously also. Serving Food with a Heart.
