Well, no one will notice this little antique furniture shop actually serves food amidst its furniture. I had read about this and had wanted to visit Tea Cosy for a long time and so finally I went. * beam *
The environment was nice...cosy and unique. Every table setting and furniture was unique and if you like a plate or cup or lamp, there all comes with a price tag to it. kekeke! Food was really nothing extraordinary and I do find it a little pricey in terms of quality and serving, but then it's the atmosphere and warm service that makes a return visit.
The chicken was tender and juicy... it was quite well-done for a little place that doesn't specialise in cooking. Laksa pasta was a little disappointing as the sauce was not the least spicy and tasted a funny kind of sweetness. Dessert was nice though... basically because I love brownie with ice-cream. Would recommend for girls gathering for chit chatting. *wink*
