Ya... Mr A is back. ;-) And what did he bring for me this time and what dinner did we have? Oh!! Dun bat your eyes. Yes yes! It's the little turquoise box..... Isn't it pretty??
Dinner was at Raffles Grill. This time round, i requested to take some photos and so here are some of the food that we had....

Raffles Grill cooked the Foie gras in a very different way...this is the first time i am eating it this way... I have usually ate it fried or grilled so the taste is very refreshing.
Next we had a plate of fresh oysters...but I didn't dare to eat the oysters raw so i requested the chef to have them all cooked. Due to delay in going in and out, I forgot to take photo for the plate of oyster. I dun really like to eat oyster but this one was really nicely cooked with only salt and grilled and it taste so yummmmy!!!

With all these delicacies, of course, we must have the equivalent wine to go with right? This time we had the Angelus 1996, Bordeaux type. It more fruity and sweet. Taste very good and smooth also. I understand from the servicing staff that during a recent new classification, Angelus went into the top second grade and become Premium wine and so the value went up very much. So we could enjoy such great wine at a lower price of $660.
So... who is really this MR A, har?? Go figure...below..
