Sushi Tei

My previous visit was for work and this time was for pleasure. I felt the service standard dipped a little but sushi was still fresh and nice. Nowadays hardly have the opportunity to have sushi, sashimi and natto for meal so it felt really great to enjoy this meal.

Oyako in Japanese, means Parent (Oya) and Child (Ko) so Salmon Oyako-don is a combination of salmon fish (parent) plus egg (child). Interesting? Yuzu is a little sour, and sweet with a very refreshing and tangerine taste.


In clockwise starting Top left corner : (1) Hamachi shioyaki (broiled yellowtail cheek) (2) natto maguro (fermented soya beans with tuna (3) Salmon oyako-don (4) yuzu (pomelo) with biscuit
