JPot

Moi just couldn't have enough of it. I went back for the 5th time in 2 months time. Hahahaha! The steamboat portion was just nice and we could have it ala-cart instead of stuffing ourselves with buffet. Quality of ingredients are good and fresh not like the usual steamboat place where the fish and meat might not necessary be very fresh. ON top, it has a great variety of soup base to try. I would highly recommend the porridge soup and the Jumbo superior soup stock (no msg) and so yummy yummy. Moi doesn't get the dry-ness in throat after drinking bowls and bowls of soup.

(2) Marinated Chicken: It comes with a tiny quail egg that you need to break it and marinate the chicken with it.
(4) Bean curd skin: Unique tasting. Moi must order minimum 2 every visit. Whisk the beancurd skin into the soup once and take it out immediately. This will retain it crispy-ness and yet allow the soup taste to soak into the skin. Really divine. LOVE IT.
(5) Seafood platter: $30 plus but comes with 6 pcs of big prawns, scallops, fish, clam slices, etc. Very good value for money. And extremely fish.
(8) Fried fish skin: Another "killer" like the bean curd skin. So crispy that it just breaks with every bite.
(9) Dim sum combo: A little disappointing. Size is too miniature. You wonder if the dim sum is for barbie.
(10) Dessert: mango ice: This is like the taiwanese shaved ice dessert. The white fluffy things are all shaved ice. COLD and just melt in your mouth. YUMMY!!
(11) Fish glue : Kids will love this. It felt like cake icing.
(12) Sauce : The sauce is really unique. And they got 3 variations - spicy, garlic chili normal. And it's refillable.
