Someone recommended this place that was featured on TV and was very much similar to a restaurant in Thai with similar theme. So Moi went there not once but twice. First time with SuSe and second time with twinny and family. Little Aka went "wild" in such a decorated cafe. She kept us so busy, climbing up and down the platform and trying to pull down the cloth cover of the piano. Phew!! She was such a rascal.
We loved the banana with bacon. It's really a very unique way of combining fried bacon with banana. Sweet and crispy taste. Portion was rather BIG here so if you are a small eater, you can consider sharing with another. An example is "Mr MacDonald". SuSe could finish his.
It tasted ok when I ate it for the first time but when Twin's hubs tried it (after my recommendation), we found the meat having a strong uncomfortable smell. We fedback to the management and they asked us to select another dish to replace instead. So the man ordered "Mr Dory Pan - Seared" instead. I would say they are better with fish than meat. The 2 fish dishes with and without sambal tasted quite well.
