Petersburg Concert

A week ago, I watched the BBC concert and then I got invited to the St Petersburg Philharmonic Orchestra performance at the same concert hall. What a feast!! Heehee! ;-P

The performance, not to mention, is of course superb. I enjoyed myself tremedously. The pieces are all by Russian Composers by Sergei Prokofiev, Sergei Rachmaninov and Tchaikovsky's Symphony No. 4. Tchaikovsky's Fourth Symphony is his last Symphony composition and also his most famous. Symphony no. 4 interludes between happy tunes and melancholily ones.. Tchaikovsky attempted to express indefatigable fate against man as man is trapped in his own fate. The pessimist outlook that Tchaikovsky carried.
